Where Synapse Chat is up to
Synapse Chat is pre-launch. The product is being built and tested, AHPRA verification is live, and access is opening gradually through a waitlist rather than a public app-store release.
How to sign up
Request early access via the waitlist at synapsechat.app. Joining is free (see Pricing and access) and you only need to tell us who you are and where you practise.
What happens after you join
- Your application is reviewed manually, in order. A person reads every application. There is no automated approval.
- Early access opens in small cohorts. We bring people in gradually rather than all at once, so the network stays trustworthy and problems get fixed while groups are small.
- We contact you when your turn comes. You do not need to chase us, though if your details change, let us know at support@synapsechat.app.
We have not announced a launch date, and we would rather not guess one here. When timing firms up, waitlist members hear first.
Why the wait exists
A verified network is only as good as its verification. Reviewing applications by hand and onboarding in small cohorts takes longer than an open signup, but it is what makes it safe to assume the colleague you message on Synapse Chat is genuine. See Getting verified for what the review involves.
