What costs nothing today

Two things are free, full stop:

• Joining the waitlist. Requesting early access at synapsechat.app costs nothing and carries no obligation.
• Verification. AHPRA verification, including the manual review by the Synapse team, costs nothing. You will never be asked to pay to be verified.

What about pricing for the app?

Synapse Chat is pre-launch, and pricing for the app itself has not been announced yet. We will confirm pricing before launch, so you will know exactly what it costs before you are asked to commit to anything.

If you see a price quoted anywhere else, treat it as unofficial. The only sources of truth are this help centre and synapsechat.app.

How access works right now

Access is by waitlist while we are pre-launch:

1. Request early access via the waitlist at synapsechat.app.
2. Applications are reviewed manually, in order.
3. We will contact you as early access opens.
