What the tour covers
How to use the app
Sign-in, chats, replies, urgent flags and groups.
Sign in with your mobile
No usernames and no passwords. Enter your mobile number and tap Send Verification Code. Tap the glowing button to try it.
One code by SMS
A six-digit code arrives in seconds. Tap the code to continue.
Verified before you start
Every account is checked against the AHPRA register by our team before it goes live. Tap Get started.
Your verified network
Everyone here has been identity-checked, so you always know who you are talking to. Tap Dr Sarah Kim to open the chat.
Reply in context
Hold a message to react or reply. Replies quote the original, so the conversation keeps its context. Tap the message to try it.
Send an update
Type and send, exactly as you would anywhere. Keep patients out of it: send the request and a case reference, not a name. Tap send.
Pin what matters
Swipe a chat left to reveal its actions, tap More, then Pin. Your busiest chats stay at the top where you can find them.

Flag it urgent

Groups, all verified
Start a group from the compose icon, pick your team and name it. Everyone you add is already verified, so the whole group is accountable from day one.
Run the group your way
Every member shows as verified. Add colleagues, share an invite link, or run a quick poll when the team needs a decision.
Your verified badge
Your AHPRA registration is verified once and shown to colleagues, so they know exactly who they are talking to before they hit send.

Staying compliant
How to de-identify a message the right way.
The one rule
Say enough to find the conversation, not the patient. If a colleague could identify them without calling you or opening the chart, the message says too much.
One locator, one pointer
The same referral, over-specified then minimised. Both resolve for your team, but only one describes a person to a stranger. Send the least identifying detail that still does the job.
De-identify in five steps
A quick method you can run in your head before every message. Strip identifiers, reduce to one locator, keep the detail generic, point to the chart, then self-check.
Never send these
Direct identifiers belong in the medical record only. Names, dates of birth, Medicare or UR numbers, addresses, and photos of a face or paperwork never go in a message.
Before you hit send
One question: if this leaked, could a stranger with the theatre list know who you mean, and what is wrong with them? If yes to both, trim it and point to the chart.
That's the safety module
Habits built now hold up under scrutiny later. Request early access to join the waitlist.
